It sounds like "Mazda Lamps" were for illuminating Mazdas, but I didn't think they made it to America until long after this magazine was printed.
Also, I don't know if I've ever read a sentence more spiffy than "Even bowl licking is simpler in a light conditioned kitchen."
And there's nothing I hate worse than "sluggish seeing." The other night, a light bulb blew in the den, and it was the next day before my slow-moving eyes noticed.

Funny how they called them lamps. I always thought lamps were the things they went in.

Candles- lots of them. Others think it's romantic and bohemian, I'm just too busy to care about cobwebs in the corners.

You try some of those spiffy new curly bulbs. I thought regular light bulbs put out plenty of light until I switched them to the energy savers. Now I have to leave the lights off so I can't see how dirty the house is.
